You may have seen the breaking news yesterday at TMZ and many other places that Sky Daily, Hulk Hogan’s widow, is being sued in Pinellas County, Florida by a Jane Doe who says she was “groomed” by Daily to join the Church of Scientology when the girl began seeing Daily’s son, Hayden Hitt.
Before Hogan’s death last year, he and Daily had made a show of being baptized in the Christian faith, deflecting questions about Daily’s long involvement Scientology.
But Jane Doe’s attorney says that was just a ruse, and that Daily has remained a Scientologist.
We knew you’d want to see the entire complaint, which was filed in court on Thursday…

4. Venue is proper for Pinellas County, Florida as the conduct occurred mostly in Clearwater, Florida.
GENERAL ALLEGATIONS
5. Around 2025, Jane Doe met Defendant Hitt via social media and began talking.
6. Since Jane Doe was a minor at the time, Jane Doe had been in Guardianship due to the loss of one parent and issues with another parent.
7. The Defendant Bollea, learning of this information, sought to groom Jane Doe to become a member of the Church of Scientology.
8. This grooming would be done through the use of alcohol and other forms of conduct.
9. Defendant Bollea is a high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology and always has been despite public statements saying otherwise such as her being baptized when married to her late husband Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan).
10. Jane Doe entered into a relationship with Defendant Hitt which was mentally and physically abusive. On no less than several occasions Defendant Hitt would physically attack Jane Doe sometimes due to being under the influence of alcohol provided by Defendant Bollea.
11. Defendant Bollea has been known to purchase and/or procure alcohol for minors to consume at her house and even at public establishments.
12. For example, Defendant Bollea would take Jane Doe to local bars and have Jane Doe bring a Stanley cup which would have alcohol.
13. Upon reason of belief and based on videos in possession of Jane Doe, Defendant Bollea has provided alcohol for minors to consume at her residence on several occasions.
14. On or about August 30, 2025 the first event for Real American Wrestling took place in Cleveland, Ohio.
15. Defendant Bollea invited Jane Doe to travel with Defendant Hitt to the Real American Wrestling event under the guise they could spend time together and get to know each other.
16. Once again, alcohol has provided to Jane Doe by Defendant Bollea which would include taking Jane Doe to a nightclub after the Real American Wrestling event and having Jane Doe sit with Defendant Bollea and another adult female in a VIP area where they consumed vodka. Jane Doe is in possession of video of this even and photos are provided below:

17. Because Defendant Bollea told people at the nightclub that she was “Hulk Hogan’s widow” everyone that was [with] Defendant Bollea should be allowed to enter without identification and therefore, Jane Doe was allowed to enter the nightclub and be served alcohol by Defendant Bollea.
18. Defendant Bollea also provided alcohol to Jane Doe prior to attending the nightclub at said real American Wrestling event.
19. Over time and in continuation of her attempts to groom and have Jane Doe join the Church of Scientology, Defendant Bollea allowed Jane Doe to move into her residence in Clearwater, Florida.
20. Jane Doe was already enrolled in the Florida Virtual School and Defendant Bollea decided that Jane Doe who was now living in Defendant Bollea’s residence, would attend the Applied Scholastic Online Academy.
[Text from ‘Sky,’ about Applied Scholastics: Heads up this questionnaire was sent to me by the school and I want you to fill it out right away. When it asks, if you like reading, you should answer that you love reading and how many books you read because we answered that Hayden didn’t like reading and then he had that big reading assignment. And we should probably put math is the one that you struggle with.”]
21. The Applied Scholastic Online Academy is a Church of Scientology home school for children of members of the Church of Scientology.
22. All the textbooks and curriculum for the Applied Scholastic Online Academy were created by the founder of the Church of L. Ron Hubbard.

23. Defendant Bollea then sent Jane Doe photographs of her Teacher ID for this school showing her involvement with the Church of Scientology in addition to the Student ID for Defendant Hitt who is a student at this school.

23. Defendant Bollea then sent Jane Doe photographs of her Teacher ID for this school showing her involvement with the Church of Scientology in addition to the Student ID for Defendant Hitt who is a student at this school.
24. During this relationship between Jane Doe and Defendant Hitt, Jane Doe was repeatedly subject to acts of violence where Jane Doe sought medical attention for some of these incidents.
25. Defendant Bollea who was in an advantageous position would convince Jane Doe to forgive Defendant Hitt for such acts of violence.
26. On March 28, 2026 Real American Wrestling held an event in Tampa, Florida at the Yingling Center (Formerly known as the USF SunDome).
27. Upon reason of belief, officials for Real American Wrestling informed Defendant Bollea that she could not bring minor children to the event due [to] her procuring alcohol for such children.
28. Therefore, on March 28, 2026 Defendant Bollea purchased alcohol for Defendant Hitt to have a house party while Defendant Bollea attended such event.
29. This conduct of purchasing alcohol and allowing Defendant Hitt to have a house party violated Florida Statutes Section 856.15(2) since Defendant Bollea knowingly procured alcohol to be consumed by the underage guests at her residence.
30. There were several incidents that occurred at the March 28, 2026 house party at Defendant’s residence which would include an alleged sexual assault of a minor.
31. Jane Doe reported to Defendant Bollea that her son Defendant Hitt attacked her via text message, Defendant Bollea suggested that if she was throwing up (from the consumption) of alcohol that she should just go into her room, lock the door and go to sleep because “now is not the time to talk sense always wait until the morning” as Defendant Hitt was intoxicated:
