Only listened to the first few minutes . . . had to run out of the house.
From the video transcript:
. . . "decided to charge me with a hate crime. um for the misdemeanor battery charge.
Uh and not only that, they have somehow figured out how to charge me with three additional
misdemeanors specifically for uh the September incident at the Clearwater Bank building
with Andrew Shape. All of which could still potentially be charged as hate crimes. Um,
so in order to avoid the possibility of 20 years in prison, we have tentatively agreed to a plea
deal, which would require me for 12 months to shut down this YouTube channel and to shut
down the SPTV Foundation."
