It's sad. My ex husband was also possessed by the idea he'd never have auditing until he got a new baby body in Clearwater. He'd been told he was ineligible as he was on pain meds for his quadraplegic condition, and he'd very atrophied hands. He also wrote letters to the International Justice Chief, but was told he was an illegal PC. He got a bit of non-metered auditing at AOLA or ASHO, gave up, and flew home after flunking the CCRD. I don't know how they strapped those cans on him.
At the Champaign Urbana Org in Illinois they legally gave him periodic assists . Upon death, in 2002, his brother flew from Decatur, with the ashes and poured them off Pier 69 on Clearwater Beach. He stated he had hopes to attach spiritually to a baby body being born to Scientologists doing Flag services.
