On Easter Sunday, we joined in with Mike Rinder to tell you about L. Ron Hubbard’s history of describing Christianity as a fraud perpetrated by a galactic overlord.

But that leaves a question: If Scientology only pretends to have a connection to Christianity with its cross and other outward appearances (in years past it would even trot out “ministers” wearing clerical garb), what does it tell its members will happen to them after they die?

Even the most casual Scientology watcher may be aware that Hubbard taught that we are all immortal beings called thetans, and that we live countless times, lifetime to lifetime. But how, exactly, does that work?~~~READ MORE

For flawed humans, another lifetime it is done by choice. For Jesus it is once and still alive.
God himself, the creator of the realm in which we play became a man so that man could walk one lifetime perfectly. Nobody else could do this. This means each and every thought, every step was perfect.
I can't go a few seconds without a stray thought keeping me from perfection.

Hubbard's tales are earth centric and assume the body dumps into volcanos from many (?) planets are all humanoids. Good luck with that. Astronomers have been searching for planets which can support human life for about twenty years and no luck so far.

Likewise with God created man in His image.
