Of course, there is always the danger that trump could turn into a despotic dictator eventually.

I think though, that the way the leftists are attempting to persecute him will be the main culprits in making him become one, should it happen.

I hope he is stronger than that and remains so.

But the attempted persecution from the left is rather relentless and unhelpful. They themselves have shown themselves to be the despots totally intolerant of allowing a different viewpoint or actions that are not theirs. In this way, they are just the same as the scientology despotic leaders.

By all means, if he has done something wrong then he should be taken to task for it. However, their relentless campaigns of trivial and obstructionist behaviours whilst disregarding their own behaviours is just as or more reprehensible towards those they attack.

They are not seeking to right wrongs or to obtain justice. What they actually want is to assassinate his character for usurping their *god given* right to rule without dissent or opposition. They come across as the only ones who believe that only they have the right to absolute power.

I am neither pro or anti Trump. He has his flaws, which makes him no different in many ways to anybody else. He has been elected in as president and deserves the right to do his job without undue obstruction.

I don't think Trump can be properly evaluated until January of 2029, or at least close to that time. We have to see the outcome of his policies and the actions he's taken during his administration.

Like you, I'm neither pro nor anti-Trump. That said, even if I had been anti-Trump, I'd have still voted for Trump because the alternative wasn't an option for me. Multiple individuals within the Biden-Harris administration should be arrested IMO (including Biden). And Harris was part of the conspiracy that allowed unelected officials to act as President. (Biden was not mentally competent to run a McDonald's. He wasn't running the country. Several whistleblowers have already come out and confirmed this.)
