We interviewed Valeska Paris on our podcast series about her years and experiences in the Sea Org. Valeska Paris was sent to Scientology Cadet Org at six years of age. She then joined the Sea Org when she was 14 years old. As a teenager she was sent to Scientology’s ship the Freewinds. The podcast is quite shocking and disturbing.

In this gripping podcast Valeska discusses the surprise raid on the Freewinds by the French police in 1999 when it was anchored at St. Barts.
Valeska then describes the suicide of her stepfather Scientologist Albert Jaquier. As he was dying, Albert Jacquier kept a diary of his last days. After his death, Valeska’s mother published it online as “The Diary of a Dying Scientologist

Valeska describes the suicide of a Sea Org member on the Freewinds and how it was covered up by Scientology.

Valeska goes into detail about her relationship to Shelly Miscavige who has not been seen in public for over a decade. Other people discussed include Mike Napier, the Captain of the Freewinds, Guillaume Leserve, Heber Jentzsch, and Tom Cruise’s $400,000 birthday party on the Freewinds.

Great interview.

While I never worked around Davey and can't comment on that part.

What I can entirely corroborate is what Valeska is saying about SO working "from 8 till midnight" and also about always being made to work regardless if there is a death of a parent, loved one or other family emergency. I've seen that myself and I've seen that happen to a whole lot of other sea org members.

Sea Org = WORK + WORK + WORK + all other stuff

Also the mindset of: "Who cares what happens to him if he dies or commits suicide... all is fine as long as it is not on the base and not in any scn facility!"

Also getting in trouble for "being interesting while forced to dance in front of Tom Cruise"... reminded me of all the nonsensical accusations and stupid KRs and all sort of mind-boggling idiotic things that can and will be considered crimes in scientology.

Instantly reminded me of the
"It is a crime to speak Spanish with a stupid accent while being on staff" incident I had to investigate. :eyeroll:

The diary was a good reminder of why we are against scientology. We can make jokes and keep it light, but scientology really does ruin lives. Even when it's in a position where it could provide help, it doesn't. Scientology only cares about scientology. They do not want or care about what's best for individual scientologists, much less non-scientologists. They are only interested in serving their own ends.
