Excerpt:

It’s been a bit since we heard from the Los Angeles Ideal Org, so we thought we’d help Scientology get the word out on these new completions.

The LA Org is a bit overshadowed, sitting amid the “Big Blue” campus in Los Angeles, just a part of the “Pacific Area Command,” the headquarters compound anchored by what was once the Cedars of Lebanon hospital. The Advanced Org is here, where OTs come for enlightenment, and it’s also the location of the American Saint Hill Organization, which used to be where the SHSBC was delivered, do we have that right? What are they using ASHO for now that leader David Miscavige has reduced the Special Briefing Course in importance?~~~READ MORE

Well let us not forget that David "Darth Midget" Miscavige committed a High Crime (per explicit Hubbard policies) when he merged ASHO Foundation (the entirely separate evening and weekends org) into ASHO Day leaving only ASHO. And now, neither of them deliver the St. Hill Special Briefing Course which is required to make new top drawer Class VI Case Supervisors (C/Ses) for all those "Ideal Orgs" (as per other explicit Hubbard policies), and the only reason St. Hills exist at all (per other Ron Hubbard even more explicit policies).

Make no mistake. By destroying the St. Hill course a couple of decades back, D.M. ensured the ultimate demise of official corporate Scientology, as there could be no more new professional C/Ses to head up tech delivery in orgs and missions (both existing and new ones) which, in turn, would bring in more new Scientologists.

With the Scientology Cult kicking out all the regular Staff at LA Org.....and replacing them with all Sea Org staff....that pretty much makes the entire Big Blue Pac Base 100% Sea Org.

There must be some reasoning behind doing this... Staff pay amounts? Legal? Financial? Better chain of command? With that new TV studio a few blocks away....and the Guaranty Bank Headquarters also close by.....all Sea Org staffed area.

Is CC all Sea Org? I think so also...

Also the Class VIII course has been closed down at AOLA for some years.
Does anyone know if it has been removed from all Advanced Orgs ?

.

I agree with everything you said, except for one important point.

Scientology is still producing Clears and OTs, exactly the same way as when Dr. Hubbard was running the Church of Scientology. I can offer scientific proof of that:

HOMO NOVIS CERTIFICATION!

(Hey, they don't just hand those priceless completion certs out to just anyone!)

Not sure what the reasoning was behind it exactly. I think they wanted to have a "model" ideal org that they could point to and say look how easy it is to have a booming org, all other Class V orgs are slack and out-ethics. Before LA wasn't there a "model" ideal org for each cont? I want to say NY, London, etc. were supposed to be the model orgs for their conts but they all got replaced by LA. Also LA was where they were doing exec training for a long time, maybe it was a pilot/precursor to the training program that's going on at Flag right now?

CC is all SO. PAC base (and CC) is all SO. There are other orgs in the LA area and those ones aren't SO.

Haven't heard of it being removed, but it hasn't been delivered (like the SHSBC) since the release of GAT II.
