Linked article is dated 18 November, 2012 and pretty obviously uses a court deposition by Mark "Marty" Rathbun dated 9 November, 2012 as it's primary source. This deposition is available as a PDF linked from a short blog post by Rathbun dated 12 November, 2012 ( link ).

I can find nothing in that deposition or the blog post that states or implies that the Medical Examiner Joan Wood was bribed to change her report as seems to be implied by the Daily Mail article. Neither is there anything in that deposition that states or implies Judge Beech was bribed to influence his decisions in the court case.

Rathbun does say he spent between $28 million and $30 million on the court cases in attorney fees and P.I. "noisy investigations".

Dr. David Minkoff doesn't seem to be mentioned in that deposition at all.
