Scientology, Inc. is pretty resilient. But they are under a tsunami watch at present.
If I worked in OSA I'd be wondering if NOW was the right time to jump ship.

Yeah, timing is everything. Beside OSA and other trusted elite management execs (e.g. Julian Swartz) there are a LOT of Scientologists and cult celebrities that know and/or are witness to incriminating evidence in the civil law suit case brought by the rape victim(s).
In a post above, Swartz was advised to "BLOW NOW!"
If the walls start to close in on obstructionist Scientologists, of course their first instinct will be to LIE LIE LIE to the police and during discovery, depositions et al.
Once they LIE like crazy, they are of very doubtful value to prosecutors and/or lawyers representing plaintiffs in civil cases. Because their credibility is ruined!
Thus, if they have half a brain remaining after years/decades of cult indoctrination, they'd get in line early to try to make a deal to FLIP & TESTIFY against the COS (Crimewave of Scientology).
Can anyone imagine what the nuclear radiation fallout would be if someone like Swartz agreed to cooperate as a prosecution witness?

Much of that so-called resiliency would evaporate if the corporation had to pay taxes on the billions. Or staff health care, retirement, unemployment, etc.

Well surely most churches do all that as a matter of course. Baptists and Catholic priests retire don't they? I can't imagine the Church of England dumping old Vicars in plain clothes at hospitals. The COS seems to be alone in their treatment of its 'ministers'. It's only the COS that has complete and utter contempt for it's workers, even when they are productive, but the moment their ability to work all night goes then they're dumped. with empty pockets and purses.

Scientology today finds itself at the center of a rapidly growing high potential extinction level event that is entirely of its own making, and brought about by A FANATICAL ADHERENCE to David Miscavige’s orders.
OSA staff are not stupid. They are observing that the policies and actions that in the past have “handled” crises within Scientology are failing at every turn, and the sustained public exposure of their methods and tactics is devastating them at every turn.

OK, I guess this comment is going to piss off more than a few here: there is no evidence of any sort of panic inside official corporate Scientology over the conviction and imprisonment of Danny Masterson presented in that video.
The video only contains reasoned speculation on the part of Mr. Headley. Real time reports from eyewitnesses of what is actually happening around David "Darth Midget" Miscavige with regard to Danny Masterson might very well confirm Mr. Headley's speculation, but are sadly unavailable.

If there's no panic inside of Co$ then there SHOULD be, and it goes way beyond the conviction of Masterson.
Anyways, as long as BFG was at INT base and as intelligent as he is I trust that the picture he painted of what is happening IS accurate. YMMV.

Well, even if I wished to do that, I'm in the official Suppressive Person computer list used by Sea Org security. I very much doubt I'd ever get close enough to observe the demonic creature (he's not a 'man') in action for a second time.You could go take a look inside for us and report back.
Note: I have had exactly one opportunity to observe D.M. at fairly close range and that was during an "inspection" of PAC Base in late 1994 (IIRC). At the time, he had such a dark scowl on his face that he could have removed paint from the walls with it.
I perceived his psychic aura surrounding him like a great dark cloud accompanied by a sort of low frequency rumbling sound. That sound I perceived was somewhat like Darth Vader's first appearance in the original Star Wars film during which a similar deep rumbling sound was used to represent the Dark Side of the Force. Ever since I was declared and expelled from C of $ back in November 2005, I've been calling him "Darth Midget" because of this experience.
