Reform Through Education (RTE) is a front-group of Applied Scholastics, which in turn is a front-group of the Church of Scientology. RTE are licensed consultants of Applied Scholastics International and use the study materials created by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
Thus, RTE is another front-group of a front-group.
