There needs to be a GLOBAL Watchdog where SCN cult crimes in each country is shared between nations.
So much happens in a different country, held against will, money extortion, money laundering, unsual deaths, every criminal tactic in the book and a Global watchdog would be a good thing to have.

I am not sure I am seeing the problem with someone in Kazakhstan donating $50,000 for SuperPower.

It's not that much for priceless Superpowers.

Anyone in that country can easily afford to pay for their own Superpowers.
"Kazakhstan's Annual Household Income per Capita reached 3,227.204 USD in Dec 2018, compared with the previous value of 3,057.158 USD in Dec 2017. Kazakhstan's Annual Household Income per Capita data is updated yearly, available from Dec 2000 to Dec 2018, with an averaged value of 2,789.107 USD."

Thus, each family could rather effortlessly pay for miraculous powers for one of their members by just economizing. If they did not waste any money on rent, food, medicine or clothing they could save up enough in only 18 years. The sacrifice of living on the street and not eating anything is quite minimal because in the 19th year that family member could postulate a mansion and trillions of dollars.

Amortized against eternity, this is an extraordinary investment opportunity.

The Church of Scientology has been operating outside the law for 7 years. However, people still suffer from it. A resident of Karaganda after close communication with representatives of this organization lost both business and property. The criminal case initiated on the fact of fraud was closed, and the Karaganda woman lives in debt and credit. Elena Felk relives everything that happened. After much deliberation, she came to the conclusion that she was brought to Scientologists by natural curiosity.
And the Oxford test, which all beginners pass, made it possible to identify all the “pain” points, so that then they would masterfully press on them. Are you dreaming of opening a restaurant chain, we will help, if you want to become a superman - please. Elena with horror recalls those 5 months when she took a superpower course in America as a vip-client, just imagine, for 50 thousand dollars! Elena Felk, a resident of the city of Karaganda: - You cannot go anywhere. We were kept for many hours. At 09:00 a.m. you can start and at 01:00 a.m. finish the night, stop only for 1 hour, eat a little and we are allowed to go to the toilet, and then accompanied. And the process is this: look there, look here, and we are led along the street or enclosed space, the body starts to hurt, headache, I crawled, I have a fever, but nobody is let out of there.
Scientologists operate in 150 countries. The movement arose in the early 50s of the last century in the United States. This is a “mixture” of psychology, philosophy, occultism and science fiction. At the heart of the work of Ron Hubbard. In some countries, Scientology organizations are registered as religious, in others as public. In Kazakhstan, in 2012, the Church of Scientology was unable to re-register and was outlawed, but the movement is still active. They disguise themselves as centers of development and continue to recruit new adherents.
Larisa Matsievskaya, psychotherapist: - Not all people succumb to these tricks, but people with dependent personality disorder are chosen from the general mass. That is, it is a feature and character trait. She is the leader, and therefore the personality, in principle, can not resist.
Elena Felk, a resident of Karaganda: - Here they are with you until you call, if there are Scientologists next to you, they go with you by the hand to the bank, anywhere, until you give them money.
The last high-profile operation to uncover Scientologists in Karaganda took place 4 years ago. Then the followers of the ideas of R. Hubbard acted under the guise of a center of personal effectiveness in one of the city’s trading houses. In the office of agitators, field investigators discovered thousands of books on Scientology and Dianetics.
Zhanbolat Sectay, head of the department of the regional administration for religious affairs: - As a result of operational investigations, it turned out that they, under the guise of as individual entrepreneurs, carried out their activities. I can also say that as a result of these comprehensive measures, more than a thousand files were withdrawn from there for people who visited this organization, under the heading "confidential." However, they are still in no hurry to contact people in uniform of a victim of Scientology. According to the police department, last year they opened only 2 criminal cases of fraud.
Zhanatay Sembekov, head of the press service of the regional police department: - In one case, the criminal case was terminated under article 35, part 1, paragraph 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan for lack of corpus delicti. On the second fact, the material was sent by territoriality in Almaty for a procedural decision. According to the woman, fraudulent schemes on the face: this is the collection of confidential information and debited from the card without her knowledge, and the constant feeding of the so-called "vitamins" when passing various levels. You can learn and improve with Scientologists as long as you have money, Elena is convinced.
Marina Zolotareva, correspondent: - In Karaganda, a center for assistance to victims of destructive religious movements has been operating for 2 years. Last year, more than 40 people applied there. Some of them lost their families because of destructive ideology, others ended up in a debt hole, and some were left without documents. Theologians, psychologists and lawyers of the center provide various kinds of assistance to such people. According to experts, some after leaving the sect need years for rehabilitation.
