New Ideal Org Staffing

Just heard this interesting tidbit, they opened Columbus with staffing bolstered by over 30 S.O. members. They opened KC with around 60 S.O. members. The plan being that they will try to recruit regular staff as they go to free up the S.O. staff.

I thought so as well. I was looking back and I think our local org had twenty or thirty missionaires, recruiters, CF, uniform specialists, estates types, along with some network folks and a few others, I think probably added up to forty. But many of these folks left early after the grand opening, and went to other about to open orgs. What was told to me today sounded more like they had to staff it with S.O. because of lack of staff. They have been robbing orgs of staff to feed other orgs for some time. We had people recruited from several other current orgs. Don't ask how that works. I think in one case, a person was told the new org would pay their freeloader debt.

Would love to see staffing numbers at both these Idle Orgs in about 3 months. And, more than that, would love to see some BIS stats.

I know that at one time there were a lot of foreigners being brought in to fill positions in the Ideal Morgues. Many from Colombia and Venezuela maybe Russia, and other places. It's likely that this is still happening.

It used to be that outer org trainees at Flag doing the OEC/FEBC would be sent to an outer org as an "internship" - just a way of manning up an org about to crash.
Since there's no more OEC, who knows what they do now.

There were trainees sent from Flag that were MID their training, not yet classed, to the local org for grand opening. After the grand opening, after some weeks, these trainees were sent back to Flag. Makes sense, right? Swells the numbers so that parishioners saw lots of new staff.

They're in a dwindling spiral and don't even see it. Does it ever occur to them that the reason they can't get staff (or public) for their orgs, is because no one wants what they're selling?

So there they are, temporarily filling an empty hole, in hopes that the locals will somehow come through and relieve them of duty. Fat chance there. Talk about cope and organize!

Public want the services, they sure as hell don't want to be on staff. Many I'm sure tried it and will never give it another go, They know the pay is ridiculously bad, the demands for stats are insane, the ethics harsh and nobody is willing to FSM new people so the place is empty. Add to that the total focus on status vs delivery and you have a delightfully toxic cocktail no sane person would sniff.

Scientology is dead, they just haven't noticed yet. The Internet killed it.

In the 1970's, one could disseminate, and to the target it was something new that they hadn't heard about, because Scientology's lawyers had successfully shut down press coverage of it.

Now, anybody coming across something he doesn't know about, what does he do? He whips out his phone, and googles it. And what does he find? Right.

The foreigners joined to get into the US. Once in, they blow. US immigration officers should take a look and investigate for trafficking.
