Yes, if you apply the same formula many of those strange Pentecostal churches use. Amazing what the word "God" will let you get away with.

Otherwise just another public scam centre out of thousands.

The question isn't whether Scientology is a church but whether it's a religion. Since a definition of "religion" could be "belief in something without proof", one could say it IS a religion. That doesn't mean it is good.
