Before the Internet.

The Aberree, newsletter from 1954 to 1964. (Above is the first issue.)

Jacjk Horner's Eductivism newsletter, mid 1960s until approx early 1970s. (Jack was harassed, infiltrated, assaulted,, and slandered.)

David Mayo's Advanced Ability Center.

The AAC magazine, 1983 onward. Ending date uncertain. (The AAC was harassed, infiltrated and sued.)

Mark Jones' Free Spirit Magazine for the Independent Field, 1984, and into the 1990s.

Dianasis, approx 1983 into the late 1980s.

And there were more. (Details of Fair Gaming of some of these are always appreciated.)

Most people who eventually moved beyond any form of Scientology went through a phase where they thought the tech worked but the organization was dysfunctional or worse.

Anyone with scans of any of these issues, or other information on them, is welcome to contribute.

Scientology erases history. Let's not let them succeed.

You want all the issues of The Aberree -- 1955 to 1965 -- compiled into 11 PDFs?

Well there's an obscure organization that collects arcane periodicals and makes
them freely available for download.

All the issues of The Aberree are here at this link. That was a lot of work for
someone to PDF all those issues. They've also got other old Scientology
periodicals.

A VERY STABLE GENIUS!!
The Aberree although written by Scientologists is fun to read and is a good source of early Scientology history in Arizona and other places. The writers had a sense of humor and there is joking and degrading in some of the articles.

This satirical story was written by Volney G. Mathison, the designer and maker of the original E-meter: Galaxy T-8 Patrol Blocks Death Ray | The Compleat Aberree

Thanks.

Still looking for scans of early issues of Mark Jones' Free Spirit magazines.

These were not just independent Scientology but, eventually, included other subjects - "squirreling" and "mixing practices" and other subjects entirely.
